About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our E-Commerce Growth Team within the Fashion Category on a secondment/fixed term contract.
We are looking for an experienced commercial and customer-focused individual with knowledge of operating in an E-Commerce trading environment with experience of people management and influencing internal stakeholders.
You will lead and develop your E-Commerce trading team, setting the strategic direction and outlining what your category needs to grow, influencing stakeholders to deliver commercial targets and working with teams in Commercial, Customer, Content & Operations and Optimisation & Product to deliver these actions.
Contract Type - Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until August 2026
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for up to 2 days a week in the office to connect on a Wednesday & Thursday.
Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, articulating risks and opportunities to trading performance looking forward, and analysis and recommendations from reviewing previous trading performance to maximise opportunities and minimise risks.
As E-Commerce Category Growth Manager you will use your functional knowledge, providing insight that enables you to influence improved decision-making and prioritisation across Commercial, Digital and Customer teams. You will lead the team to monitor performance and external benchmarks for you to ensure risks/opportunities are highlighted to stakeholders to improve assortment breadth/price, on-site/app customer journeys or marketing tactic channel activity.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need
● E-Commerce experience - understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions.
● Highly numerate and strong data-analysis orientation. Comfortable with interpreting complex data from multiple sources to provide clear recommendations.
● Strong commercial acumen.
● People Management
● Influencing skills. Ability to build strong Stakeholder relationships
● Strong and highly collaborative team player able to work in matrix management both with E-Commerce (influencing operations, site effectiveness, product) as well as broader functions
● influence B&M around availability, price, and detailed understanding of conversion funnel dynamics
● Strong data and analytical skills in terms of interpretation and converting into insight, action, sizing and prioritisation
● Ability to manage and influence range of stakeholders - for directorate leadership teams, digital marketing, category marketing, retail media
