About the OPPORTUNITY The PMO Tableau Specialist will be responsible for the Central PMO Tableau Dashboards. They are expected to engage proactively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
This is a fixed term role until end of 2025.
More specifically, you will be
- Automating the scheduled updating of the primary Central PMO Tableau Dashboard, using Tableau Prep Builder as appropriate, to remove all monthly manual processing and intervention
- Refining and updating the design of various Central PMO Tableau Dashboards to incorporate improvements to usability
- Validating a number of current Central PMO Tableau Dashboards to ensure accurate and complete reporting of information
- Working with other Central PMO team members to create a new dashboard to improve the Central PMO’s understanding of the holistic Project Management community
- Generate guidance documents (instructions, design documents etc...) for all Central PMO Tableau Dashboards to enable future updates/improvements
About YOU - Extensive experience in developing dashboards using Tableau
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Proven contemporary knowledge and expertise in the use of Business Intelligence tools and techniques to analyse, interpret and present data in a range of formats and forums to address business needs
- High level writing and presentation skills that extend to clear and accurate reports appropriate for a management audience
