We’re seeking a versatile and proactive People Operations Partner to support our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2-5 years of experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training, and business partnering. You'll work closely with People team members, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to drive HR excellence and create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, performance, and engagement strategies.
- Champion a high-performance culture through talent reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
- Address employee inquiries with clarity, empathy, and speed.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with recruiters to support hiring from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure smooth new hire integration
Compensation & Data Integrity
- Collaborate with the Compensation team to benchmark roles, refine job descriptions, and deliver competitive offers.
- Manage Workday workflows to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and insights through audits and analysis.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate impactful learning programs and training initiatives for the North America team.
- Track participation and support leaders in building growth-focused development strategies.
Projects & Process Optimization
- Partner on global HR initiatives to enhance processes and scale people operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR workflows.
Regional & Specialized Support
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the Canadian team, providing tailored support.
- Assist with immigration and visa-related inquiries in partnership with legal counsel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Pre-Law, Sociology, Psychology, or related field; graduate degree a plus.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (generalist, business partner, or specialist roles preferred).
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.
- Outstanding service orientation with the ability to anticipate and meet stakeholder needs.
