About the OPPORTUNITY We currently have a new and exciting opportunity as a Platforms Manager to join our engaging team based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Reporting to the
Business Systems Manager, this role will lead a team in the delivery of critical
Microsoft 365 and
SharePoint Online services, ensuring robust platform management and seamless service delivery.
We are seeking a
strategic and technically adept Platforms Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery, drive platform optimization, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, M365, and SharePoint Online to support enterprise collaboration, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide visionary leadership by setting clear objectives, mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performance culture
- Lead and manage a team to ensure the seamless and cohesive delivery of platform services, maintaining high operational standards
- Develop and execute platform strategy, contributing to strategic planning and aligning technology solutions with business objectives
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and technical support across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance system performance, governance, and compliance
- Empower and develop team members through structured coaching, training, and performance management
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture, ensuring accountability and excellence in service delivery
- Champion effective decision-making by proactively engaging with business units and IT teams to align technology with operational needs
About YOU - Proven experience in a Platforms Manager role or similar senior leadership position.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365, including platform administration, security, and governance
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing technical team.
- Deep understanding of service delivery frameworks, ITIL principles, and industry best practices for enterprise collaboration platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive process improvements and platform enhancements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership
- Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and operational efficiencies
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
