Job Title: Service Transition Analyst

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing: - Support the ITIL service design and transition functions within a fast paced Enterprise IT capability
- Be accountable for service transition activities on behalf of multiple projects, ensuring effective co-ordination and communication between project managers, programme leads and service stakeholders
- Running operational readiness reviews prior to project go-live, ensuring a smooth transition to live service
- Produce required service design and transition reports and documentation
- Continually adapt to business requirements and demand, enabling the business to meet its objectives
- Contribute to the continual review and improvement of Service Transition tools and processes. Reporting on projects, releases, and deliveries in Service Transition
Your skills and experiences: Essential:
- General knowledge of IT Service Management and experience in a similar role
- ITIL qualifications desirable; training and sponsorship available for suitable candidates without certification
- Familiarity with Service Transition principles and related artefacts
- Proficient at engaging with service owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and build trusted relationships
- Effective meeting facilitation and workshop leadership skills
- Proven track record of efficient organisation and clear communication
- Skilled in producing high-quality documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Desirable:
- ITIL qualification
- Experience in a previous IT service transition or design role
